Georgian Bay Timber Frame 

This timeless Muskoka timber frame is located lakeside in Seguin Township, Ontario. This timber frame cottage with extensive multi-level flagstone patios was built by GB Heintzman Construction in 2014. A granite stone fireplace is the jewel of the great room and a reclaimed mantel surrounds the second fireplace in the library.  Reclaimed wood is used throughout the building for interior doors and kitchen.

The Timber Frame construction adds the warmth of wood throughout. Flagstone was added to the exterior landscape to blend with the natural bedrock and create sitting areas and gentle access to the waterfront.
